Limited audit

We help you with limited audits under Swiss law. This applies in particular to audit-related activities such as restructuring, choice of legal form and accounting, internal control systems and expert opinions as well as second opinions. This also includes the auditing of financial statements in special situations such as incorporations, acquisitions in kind and demergers.

Boris and Julia Blum are the owner of Blum-Consulting and founded the company in 2012. All orders are processed as a sideline and with the involvement of an interdisciplinary network.
